About Me
I am Bonnie Galorenzo, an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor/AFPA/NASM Certified Elite Level Personal Trainer. I’ve been training for 24 years and have been a group fitness instructor for 28 years. During my career I have had the opportunity to train Jason Collins, a professional basketball player, Darrel McDaniels from Run DMC, many wives of the New York Giants players, and celebrity stylists.
My specialties include adult & youth athletic training, boxing circuit training, core training, and sport specific training (to improve competitive or recreational abilities). I also specialize in group training that includes TRX, boxing, indo-row.
The most rewarding aspect of my job is that I have clients who have been with me since day one and are now lifelong friends. They love that I make each workout fun and motivating for them. I take a personal approach to their healthy lifestyle, helping them get stronger and build confidence.

I train regularly with Bonnie Galorenzo and it’s her challenging and innovative approach to personalized training that has kept me engaged and in-shape for over 15 years. Each training session is completely different as she uses everything from resistance bands and heavy ropes to kettle balls and TRX to help her clients reach specific fitness goals. Mine included improving my golf game through strength and flexibility and Bonnie put together training sessions specifically designed to strengthen my core and improve my balance for a better golf swing and I really felt and saw a difference in my game. So when I had to have my rotator cuff and bicep surgically repaired, I was anxious about not only getting back to my fitness routine but also getting back out on the golf course and maintaining the progress we had made. Once I was medically cleared to start Physical Therapy, Bonnie incorporated physical therapy-style strength and stretching shoulder-specific exercises into our regular training sessions. She created routines designed to help me regain my full range of motion and strength at a pace that would not jeopardize the healing process but would instead enhance it. Bonnie’s program literally cut my rehabilitation time in half. I was swinging a golf club four months after my surgery and competing for the Club Championship one month after that. Thanks to Bonnie, almost one year after the surgery, I have full range of motion in my shoulder and I am back to all of the activities I enjoyed before the injury - including working out with Bonnie!
